As a BibRave Pro you should know by now I run a majority of my races on behalf of the BibRave organization. I’ve gotten the chance to run in Buffalo, ran a race at midnight (plus my first back to back races) and recently ran in Atlanta all because of this organization.
And now I get the chance to run on behalf of BibRave for a great cause. On October 23rd I will head to Winterthur, DE for the Run Inspired 10K.
What is the Run Inspired 10K? Great question! This inaugural race benefits and supports Operation Warm, a group whose mission is to provide brand new coats to children living in poverty. They have been giving out coats to children ever since founder Dick Sanford donated the first 58 coats back in 1998. To date they have donated over 2 million coats! By signing up you can help them achieve so much more.
Run or walk throughout the 1,000 acre preserve on the grounds of Winterthur Museum, Gardens & Library just in time for the beautiful fall foliage. Afterwards there is a post-race festival featuring food trucks, beer garden, family activities and live music from Montana Wildaxe.
Want to help out but not a runner? That’s OK! This is a walker friendly course. You can sign up now at a discount! Use the code “BIBRAVE10” to receive 10% off race registration. Sign up now!
