So this is my progress to date. I started the Half Marathon training journey in mid July of this year. The progress picture was taken sometime in early August.
It isn’t much, but I think I’m somewhere close to 15-20 pounds down. I started this whole thing as a way to get healthy. Image conscience is something I am not. If you ever met me you’d realize real quickly that I am not, and never will be the “selfie” picture type.
But progress is something that this has been all about.
