Cross Training Wherever I Can Get It

Today was a cardio day. My legs haven’t been feeling that great lately.

So I needed to find something that would put less pressure on my legs and relax/ rehab them all at once.

I read online that behind swimming, cycling is one of the best ways to strengthen your legs without putting too much pressure on them. And at the same time relieve any leg soreness.

Unfortunately I wasn’t close by my local gym and didn’t have a bike on me. But I did find this hidden gem in Philadelphia. For $10 you can pop in and get a workout as a non member.

40 minutes on the bike and my legs felt as good as new!

As I later found out its a locally owned gym that gives a lot back into the community.
